Our luxury Vlilla Belkız located in Kordere Area in Kalkan has 10 guest capacity with 5 bedroom. We have also heated pool for our guest to have a magnificent vacation. The living area is furnished with contemporary elements with American style kitchen. Our luxury villa is built by adoptation of modern architecture understanding; and items of quality were used in the interior design.
It is the best fit for large families and group of friends. We strongly recommend our luxury villa to the guests who are planning to have a magnificient vacation.

Kitchen; dinner table for 10, refrigerator, washing maschine, laundry maschine, built-in oven, microwave oven, toast machine, water heater, kitchen equipments
Saloon: lounge group, TV, satellite, air condition, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron table
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, bathroom , air condition
2nd bedroom contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, bathroom , air condition
3rd bedroom contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, bathroom , air condition
5th bedroom contains 2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, bathroom , air condition
Extras: Before welcoming our guests we make sure that our villas are well cleaned up. If our guests demand extra cleaning like bed linen etc., there will be extra payment to be charged.
Essential Informations: Electricity, water, gas etc fees are included in the prices. Vacation and health insurance, flight tickets and extra bed linen etc are not included in the prices.
Our villages are cleaned disinfected on regular basis. However, please be aware that there might be insects, butterflies etc. around since this location is a tourist attraction for being in touch with nature. In terms of its geographical location, Kalkan is built upon a hillside. You will need to go up to hill to reach the villas where located in Kordere Kalkan.
