Our luxury Villa Armoni located in Kalkan Kızıltaş area has 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms with nature and sea view. At the living area, there are well modern design lounge groups and American style kitchen. Our luxury villa are built with modern architecture understanding and quality items were used in the interior design.

Pool Terrace and Garden Area:

Private pool ( length: 9 m, width: 4 m, depth: 1.55 m), sun beds, beach umbrella, shower, seating groups, table and chair

Extras: Our villas are delivered to the guest as clean. If there would be demand for extra cleaning like bed linen etc, extra payment is charged for this.

Essential Informations:Electricity, water, gas etc fees are included in the prices. Vacation and health insurance, flight tickets and extra bed linen etc are not included in the prices.

Disinfestations are done regulalary in our villas. Nevertheless there is probability of existence of insect, butterflies etc because of the location of the villa where located in touch with nature. It is not %100 guaranteed to not visible from the outside. There is %5 avoidance share in these kinds of villas.

Kalkan in terms of its geographical location, it is built on a slope. It should go up to hill to reach the villas where located in Kalkan-Kızıltas Area.
